We do book searches for FREE; this involves checking our own stock ( we have about 80,000 books in the shop and a high turnover rate), and exchanging lists with many other bookshops; much of this is now done via the Internet but can still take a couple of months or more.
Any replies will then be referred on to you so you can decide on your course of action. We have a good success rate in finding clients' requests. If you have not been contacted within six weeks, or you have any enquiries to make, please get in touch with our booksearch specialist BY PHONE if possible.

If you are reading this, you must be wired or whatever the present term is and may well be able to search the net for books yourself, though some people still prefer to go through an agent such as ourselves, as we may be better able to identify and safely purchase the "best buy" available.
So to summarise - Ordering books and simple searches of our cd-rom database are a FREE service but use booksearch if you are a collector looking for anything really difficult or obscure - and PHONE to save time!
